Return / Exchange Process

We offer Exchange or Store Credit ONLY within 14 days of purchase. Store credit will be issued through a Gift Card and is valid for 1 year, please treat Gift Card like cash; if this card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced as we do not keep records.

All merchandise must be unworn, tagged and in its original packaging. All "sale" and "custom made" items are FINAL SALE.

*Please email us at info@shopmixny.com to notify us about your return and to receive a RA# which must be marked on the outside of the package.

Online purchases can be returned or exchanged in our retail store. If you are mailing your items back it is highly recommended to INSURE your package as we will not be responsible for the item until it has been received by our office. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To return your item, please address it to:
