We offer Exchange or Store Credit ONLY within 14 days of purchase. Store credit will be issued through Gift Card and is valid for 1 year, please treat Gift Card like cash; if this card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced and we don't keep records. All merchandise must be unworn, tagged and in the original package. All "sale" and "custom made" items are FINAL SALE.
Please email us at shopmixnyc@gmail.com to notify us about your return and to receive a RA# which must be marked on the outside of the package.
Online purchases can be returned or exchanged in our retail store. If you are mailing your items back it is highly recommended to INSURE your package as we will not be responsible for the item until it has been received by our office. Mix will repair free of charge any piece from our website up to 2 months from purchase date. Simply email us at shopmixnyc@gmail.com to begin the repair process. If your item becomes damaged after a 2 months window, you can purchase a repair service on our site at the link below. Please purchase one per item that is being sent back
Normal wear and tear is to be expected if you wish to refresh your piece a re-plating service can be purchased on our site at the link below.
We recommend that you insure your package when you send it. If you have any questions about this process, please do not hesitate to email us your concerns.
We will NOT repair any items that have been in our expert opinion subject to accident, abuse, modification, negligence, misuse or attempted repair.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of purchase.
Standard domestic US shipping is always FREE (3 to 7 days) Next day delivery is available via UPS $30.
