Shop Mix will repair free of charge any piece from our website up to 2 months from purchase date. Simply email us at info@shopmixny.com to begin the repair process. If your item becomes damaged after 2 months window, you can purchase a repair service on our site at the link below. Please purchase one per item that is being sent back.

Normal wear and tear is to be expected if you wish to refresh your piece a re-plating service can be purchase on our site at the link below.

We will NOT repair any items that have been in our expert opinion subject to accident, abuse, modification, negligence, misuse or attempt repair.
